Eligibility Criteria for UPPSC PCS 2026
- Nationality: Must be a citizen of India, Nepal, or Bhutan, or a Tibetan refugee who came to India before January 1, 1962.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of July 1, 2026. This means candidates should have been born between July 2, 1986, and July 1, 2005 (both dates inclusive). Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories as per government rules.
- Educational Qualification: A Bachelor's degree from a recognized university is the minimum qualification for most posts. Some specific posts may require higher qualifications (e.g., Master's degree, Law, Engineering, Education, Agriculture, Psychology, Computer Science degree).
