PM Kisan Yojana Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the PM Kisan scheme, applicants must meet the following conditions:
- Be landholding farmer families, which include a husband, wife, and minor children, who collectively own cultivable land as per state land records.
- The land must be registered in the farmer's name in the state or revenue records before February 1, 2019.
- The farmer must be an Indian citizen.
- Aadhaar card is mandatory for all family members.

Exclusion Categories (Who is NOT eligible):

- All serving or retired officers and employees of Central or State Government Ministries, Offices, Departments and their field units, Central/State Public Sector Enterprises (PSEs) and attached offices, autonomous institutions under government, and regular employees of local bodies (excluding Multi Tasking Staff/Class IV/Group D employees).
- All superannuated or retired pensioners with a monthly pension of Rs. 10,000 or more (excluding Class IV/Multi Tasking Staff/Group D employees).
- Every person who paid Income Tax in the last assessment year.
- Professionals registered with professional bodies and carrying out professions such as Engineers, Doctors, Chartered Accountants, Lawyers, and Architects.
- Farmers who do not own land.
- Agricultural land being used for non-agricultural purposes.
- Farmers who acquired land ownership after February 1, 2019.
- Cases where more than one family member is receiving benefits (e.g., both husband and wife, an adult member and minor, etc.).
How to Apply for PM Kisan Yojana
Farmers can apply for the PM-KISAN Samman Nidhi Yojana through the following ways:

पीएम किसान योजना पात्रता मानदंड
