Benefits and Financial Assistance
The scheme offers Central Financial Assistance (CFA) to eligible small hydro projects. The CFA rates vary based on the project's location and capacity:
- For North Eastern States and districts with international borders: ₹3.6 crore per MW or 30% of the project cost, whichever is lower, with an upper limit of ₹30 crore per project.
- For other states: ₹2.4 crore per MW or 20% of the project cost, whichever is lower, with a cap of ₹20 crore per project.
The benchmark costs for CFA will adhere to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission's 2024 renewable energy tariff regulations. सभी आवेदन और योजना से संबंधित गतिविधियाँ एक समर्पित ऑनलाइन पोर्टल के माध्यम से प्रबंधित की जाएंगी। आवेदन प्रक्रिया पूरी तरह से ऑनलाइन है।

CFA संवितरण प्रक्रिया
केंद्रीय वित्तीय सहायता (CFA) दो चरणों में संवितरित की जाती है:
